  • Our AC unit took a dive after 5pm on a Monday! We called a few different places only to reach their message line. When we did reach someone we were told that the after hours charge- just to send a technician out was $125! Another place told us they wouldn't be able to send anyone until Thursday--Hello- we have a 9 month old baby! The next day we called Goettl and spoke to a LIVE person. The window they gave was perfect for us as it didn't interfere with work. Their technician even called to tell me he would be at our house within 30 minutes- plenty of time to drive home from work and meet him. Lex was our technician and he was friendly, polite and professional. He explained everything step by step and switched the capacitor on our 10 year old unit. He then checked the rest of the unit to make sure it was on the up and up. Lex even checked our vents and fixed a loose thermostat. We signed up for their membership plan which saved us $75. Same day service, good peoples and fair pricing! They have definitely earned our business.
