I would never deal with this company again. I purchased the Groupon for a round trip service to Sky Harbor. I called to make my reservation and was told that I had to make the reservation online and then they would call me to confirm within 48 hours. I told Everett that my flight was in 48 hours and I needed to know within 24. He said of course. So this morning, over 24 hours, no call back. I called again and spoke to Everett and he said oh, well we cannot take you because we lost our driving privileges at Sky Harbor. What? I said, my flight is in 12 hours. He said he was sorry. I asked him why I didnt receive a call to let me know that I would not be able to use their service and he mumbled something about hoping to get the privileges back by the end of September. Super unprofessional. I would have been stranded waiting for them had I not called to confirm. I called Groupon and they refunded my money and said that they will need to confirm with La Jolla and then will have to refund all of the groupons that were purchased. I feel that all customers that had booked trips should have been called ASAP and at least offered something in return. Do not use this company.
