  • This company was referred to me through my home warranty to fix my dryer. The warranty company let me know they would contact me to schedule an appointment. After 24 hours I called and spoke with someone who I could barely understand he mumbled so bad and just said it would be a few days. I called the warranty company back and they called with me and the contact at Louies Peter stated they would call me in the morning to schedule. That never happened so I called them again they then said they didn't want to call if they couldn't make it but they could probably be at my house by 6pm and if not call to schedule to be there first thing the next morning. You guessed it, no showed and no call the next morning. Called the warranty company back and when they tried Louies again their mailbox was full. We are now with another appliance company who actually answers the phone and makes an appointment. Dont' waste your time.
