  • I normally LOVE Dunkins. I'm an east coast girl and when I heard that Dunkins was coming to Vegas I was ecstatic. Over the years my excitement has dwindled as this is not the same "chain" that I'm used to. First, the coffee doesn't taste the same. I can deal with that. Second, the service is less than stellar. In my experience the service is slow...real slow. On the go order means walk-in, take coffee, (that's made correctly), then leave. I shouldn't have to wait, but I do...a lot. But what really irks me is that my order is frequently wrong. I completely understand that people make mistakes but when 50% of the time my drink order is wrong, there's a problem. This location is good for nostalgia but first thing I do when I go home is get an iced regular and they know exactly what I want and it's in my hand in 30 seconds. This isn't Starbucks, it shouldn't take 5 minutes for a iced coffee with cream and sugar....that I ordered 10 minutes ago.
