  • Dr. Nelson has dramatically improved the quality of my life. He's the best. In my mid sixties I have had BPH and an ever increasing PSA score which ultimately reached 11+. My previous urologist in Florida considered the only approach to be one biopsy after another and dire warnings about my future. After moving to AZ and meeting Dr Nelson I had near immediate relief from the "urge to go" and after one year my PSA is now 4.1. This was done with a combination of two modern drugs with which I have had no negative side effects. Dr Nelson is very sincere, professional and easy to talk to. He's on top of the latest research and when you leave his office you will understand your condition and your treatment completely. No questions are unanswered. I also have to comment on his office staff. Very friendly and efficient. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes to be seen.
