  • The Scottsdale store is awesome - we make it a point to go out of our way and go to it instead of the Biltmore store - we bought over $700.00 from the Scottsdale store on Saturday and decided to return one of the items at the Biltmore store and the lady tells me that I should go to the store where I bought it from.. I said no, you can process the return. So she took a long time and then said her internet was real slow and she could give me a store credit instead... ARE YOU KIDDING ME ? ... I used my Williams Sonoma Credit card and she wants to process my return and give me a store credit instead ? ... NO THANKS !!! Trevor at Scottsdale is where we will keep going to. Anyways - the Biltmore store seems to always have bad service.... You here that Corporate ?
