  • I think the quality and service at Einsteins has declined over the last couple of years. Having gotten a couple of sloppily prepared bagels, I assumed it was just a bad day. But it has been consistently bad over the last few months. I have since quit going there regularly, but I stopped in one recent Saturday to see if there have been any changes. Sorry to say there has not been. They had a sound concept, but my observation at several of the stores is that there is no real supervision over staff and employees are not real friendly or passionate about what they are doing.
