  • Props here people. Friends of mine recently built a house and moved to Vegas. I'm so thankful the butcher block is 10 min away from the house! Everything they got is killer. Little bit more pricey but if I want a great steak we come here. Head back to the house put them on sous vide, sear then off on the weber... hell I'll give a run at any steak on the strip and that's the damn truth. Reviews speak for them self here.. great job butcher block, I'm giving your waygu a shot next time!
