  • Walked in today with my niece and there was one other person in there being helped... The employee came within one foot of us and still didn't even acknowledge our presence...after several minutes we walked out, still never had even been acknowledged- no "hello" no "I'll be with u as soon as I'm done with this customer" not a word to us. I later called to ask a question about a product I saw there, when I called I did say "I was just in there with my niece and no one even acknowledged us but I have a question about one of your products" the man proceeded to yell and say "as you could see I was helping a customer and I was the only person in the store!" I replied that I too worked in retail for many years and I too was left alone many times...however I ALWAYS acknowledged my customers, that is no excuse" .... If I was the owner of this establishment I would never have an employee like this...customers are what keep businesses open and I'd be appalled if this was the way my customers were treated. They lost a customer today.
