I recently arrived later at night and all of the machines were cranking out fantastic flavors, quality ingredients I suspect as well. Needless to say the topping selection was outstanding as were the young adults assisting us.
I left the house thinking $20.00 would be enough for two of the large cups, and not completely filled I should mention. The cost for two cups of yogurt was just under $28.00. When courting my wife and traveling around the world to exotic countries, I never paid that much for desert. In fact, I shared my thoughts on the cost to extended family when I returned home from Zoyo and we all shared a chuckle. The local frozen yogurt place in San Francisco we used to go to last year sold their yogurt by the ounce as well and it was half the cost; yes and in San Francisco.
As it turned out, I did not have enough cash and when I tried to use my card I received a text message that my card had been locked per this vendor. Anyway, so I opted to leave one of the cups with the two young people at the counter...who tried all they could with the card but no luck in the end. As my son and I left the two employees called out to my son and gave him the yogurt complimentary. These are good caring kids. I will return this week to repay what the yogurt cost and very happy to do so.
With a wife as a director at Intel and our family owning a casino business, we simply do not make enough money to afford expensive yogurt of this quality. If money is not an issue for you, I highly recommend visiting Zoyo there on Higley.
