| - Tooootally depends what you're into for a workout - so take this for what it is.
The classes are pretty intense, and it does have a culty vibe with a lot of hardcore attendees (which is a good sign, I guess). The workout itself is tough, but manageable for newbies, but they're SUPER hard on you.
If someone drops their knees in a plank, the whole class starts the time again. If anyone talks or dares to ask a question, you get shh'd by the cult. If you don't understand an exercise, you better figure that out quick. Instructors are tough, lead really well, but can be marginally patronising, especially with "rules" you're not aware of as a newbie.
A lot of people DIG this place. It just depends on your workout style, like anything else. Definitely go for a trial month, as it's really really not for everyone.
