  • I can't even give this place one star!!!!!!! I have never been treated more terribly. To begin with, the lady who did my nails, Christina, was on her phone talking the whole time, she did not pay any attention to what she was doing to my nails. I had asked for a French full set of acrylics and she did not fill them in, there were bubbles on multiple nails and the top was so unevenly polished that some of the tops on my nails appeared to be orange and pink. I then told them I did not feel comfortable paying full price for the nails and she said she would re do them for no charge. She then did gel on my nails to fix them, they then looked decent, and the whole time she was extremely rude to me saying "I can't read your mind , tell me what you want ? " in a rude manner. After she was done I thanked her and went to leave ... at that moment a man working there came running and shouted," YOU!!!! YOU DID NOT PAY!!!!! THEIF!!! YOU DID NOT PAY!!!" In front of everyone which was incredibly humiliating considering I was told I did not have to pay. I tried to explain there was a miscommunication and then she changed her mind and decided to charge me because we apparently meant she would just not charge for the gel. So I ended up paying for a horrible nail job and UNACCEPTABLE customer service . Save your money... I'd rather do my own nails than go here. Thank you for ruining my prom night but completely embarrassing me.
