  • Very horrible experience at this location. I tried to get moving help on movinghelp.com (uhauls moving website) and their movers did not show up. First they called and stated they were going to come at one then called again at noon stating they weren't coming. I had already rented the truck and everything. Movinghelp.com has no 800 number. I went back to this location to return the truck. I explained the situation to the checkin guy an he was nice and got the manager. The General manager stated that it was my problem and we don't have anything to do with movershelp.com. He did not try to help me or anything acting very arrogant, god acting, and rude. I asked for a receipt for the milage and he refused to give it to me. I stated I am disputing the charges and calling corporate and he threatened to call collections. I never had such a horrible experience with renting with uhaul like this and depending on how corporate handles this matter probably this will be my last after doing business with them for 17 years. Spending thousands of dollars over a 55.00 truck rental.
