I reserved a premium car months in advance for a two-week road trip. I clarified with Enterprise on at least three occasions that I would need a very comfortable car with a big trunk, and that an SUV did not meet the criteria of a big trunk, because luggage cannot be adequately hidden in an SUV. I was assured be each person I talked to at Enterprise that they would have an appropriate car for me. When I arrived to rent the car, they did NOT have a premium car with a big trunk as promised. I had to downgrade to a "full size" car and they only agreed to knock $40 off of the two-week rental. As it turns out, the trunk was acceptable, but the seats in the Toyota Camry turned out to be extremely uncomfortable. This caused me recurring back pain as the trip progressed. Needless to say, Enterprise did not meet my expectations.
