Online ordering: I found a pair of shoes online that I thought would be perfect with my wedding dress. I went to the store to try them on to make sure I chose the right size. The store only carries white, and I wanted pink shoes, so I ordered them online. When they arrived, they didn't fit (even after trying them on in the store...). When I went to return them, I learned that you can't return the shoes to the local store, you have to ship them back. I also learned that if the shoes were not damaged upon arrival, you don't get a shipping label. I got to pay $15 to ship shoes back that didn't fit even after being sure to try them on so there was no mistake.
Camelback location: I took a few of my bridesmaids to look at their dresses and the sales associate helping us seemed like we were putting her out by being there. My bridesmaids ended up going with another place. Just because you work in Scottsdale doesn't mean you're above anyone.
Very glad I didn't give them any of my business. Go to Luv Bridal and order your shoes from Nordstrom. Those 2 stores actually care about the quality of their service, product and overall experience.
***EDIT*** someone at headquarters contacted me and was very helpful and understanding. I received a check in the mail as a reimbursement for shipping. Thank you, David's Bridal!
