  • Let's start with the receptionist being an absolute gem. Not only did she listen to me, like actually listen and hear my needs of a stylist with experience and specializing in balayage for fine, damaged hair. She then set me up with Brittney, who again listened to my every former woe and concern, addressing each one and taking my photo, current condition of hair, and hair goals all into consideration. She even beat me to my request for Olaplex, knowing that fine, over-processed hair needs reconstruction. She was amazing to befriend, easy to talk with and knew her hair stuff. If you have any concerns about someone screwing up your color, come to this girl. I never go back to the same person, because they never listen to my needs with color, but she does. The salon was clean and fresh, energized and yet zen, oh, and did I mention a full balayage and Olaplex was under $200? Yes. Unheard of around here! High five to Element 5 Salon!
