There's no doubt about Matt's quality in cutting hair. I have no qualms with that. My frustration is with his lack of showing up on time. I will always get to the barbershop around 930am, considering there's normally people waiting to have their haircut, and in my last 3 visits, Matt hasn't showed up until just after 1015. It's lame as a customer to sit out front of the shop wondering if he's going to show up or if you're wasting your time. On top of that, the excuse is always "Starbucks made me late!"
It's just not what I expect as a customer. If the haircuts weren't as quality, I wouldn't come back.
