  • At 1st loved going to this theatre because of the wide and reserved seating. It is also good that no one is able to use back of your seat as a footrest. This will remain a good thing but won't be enough as other theaters catch up. Management needs to learn that their Premier Stubs service should not look better because all other customer service is so bad. I get having a Premier Stubs only concession line. However it is just plain inconsiderate and stupid customer service to only have one open line for everyone else. Also the counter areas need to be cleaned up continuously so that customers don't have to clear their own way. Last l guess a reminder is needed that this is AZ. The theater needs to have the AC at a comfortable cool level. A customer should not have to sweat in dead air during a movie.
