  • Brenda's Cake Gallery provided mini pies for our wedding on October 4, 2014, which we had in lieu of cake. My now-husband does not like cake and he suggested pies instead. My mom called bakeries around the area and found Brenda's. They were amazing to work with. I don't think mini pies are done often for wedding but the people at Brenda's were so excited to do it. We wanted an assortment of flavors: chocolate, pecan and strawberry-rhubarb for our guests to choose from. They had never done a strawberry-rhubarb pie before so they worked on a recipe and had us try it to make sure nothing else was needed - that it wasn't too sweet or not sweet enough, but it was perfect. They delivered the pies the day of the wedding and set them up in such a beautiful way. All of the pies were a hit and were delicious. I would recommend Brenda's Cake Gallery for any kind of baked good amazingness that you need.
