  • This is probably the worst experience I have ever had. I work in retail and honestly am appalled by this store. Let me begin I got the tile for a great price and I actually do love the tile my experience in the store wasn't to bad but it was all downhill from there. First my tile was a month late because some of it had fallen off a truck so they say, which delayed them by having to reorder. The day came finally when it was time to install the tile, I took off 2 days at work so I could be available, they were suppost to start it 8 am. 10:30 rolls around and I call the store they have me handful of excuses about were the crew was... the rain messed them up, their car broke down. When the crew came they dropped off half my tile and said that they 1. Had never heard of this job before and 2. That they haven't been paid in weeks anyways...???? The next day they were an hour and a half late the first words out of one of the guys mouths was " can I take a number 2" mind you I am remodeling my house so there isn't any toilet paper in the spare bathroom and this man continuously pooped in my spare bathroom and returned to work without washing his hands or wiping his ass. They had beers on their lunch in my garage, they had plugged a microwave into the garage. My walls are scuffed all over from them leaning and being messy. I had to request another day off work because they were so slow when I tried calling the store and speaking to the owner she said she would return my call and never did. The sales woman was even worse excuse after excuse. I would never referee anyone to this company I got a good price and now I see why. Completely unprofessional and I could have found better installers on the corner of a home depot parking lot.
