rev:text	I really hate leaving "negative" reviews, but I would be doing parents a disservice if I didn't. I will keep it brief. Arrived on Monday evening, 06/27 when my 10mos old son spiked a fever of 101.5. The front desk girls were very polite and friendly, but it took them nearly an hour to get my chart to the back, claiming my insurance was "inactive". No... My husband has had the same insurance for 15 years. Anyway, after they sorted that out we went to triage, the nurse there was super nice and was the only pleasant experience we had. A few moments later we were given our room. The AC was off on that side, so I was waiting in the hallway to keep my feverish and very crabby baby somewhat "cool". I was then "greeted" by the provider, who un-politely asked "Hi, what's going on". I proceeded to tell her my concerns with what happened earlier that evening. She would not give me any advice or confidence in what she thought was going on with him. She even said "If I had $10 for every time a parent asked me to make a judgement call on something I wouldn't have to work". WHAT?? Who says that to a worried parent?? Fast forward she did a strep test which turned out negative and basically brushed us away saying he's "teething" I had to ask her "what should we do, just continue on with the Tylenol/Motrin?". She was not helpful and didn't put us at ease AT ALL. 2 days later, we followed up with our Primary Care office because my baby is still miserable, and turns out he has Hand, Foot, Mouth Disease. He has over 10 sores in the back of his mouth. I am very discouraged that the first "doctor" didn't even tell us that this could be a possibility, based on his symptoms. I told my self 3 years ago that I would never go back here when I had a similar experience with my older son....However, I tried to give it a second chance and was incredibly let down. If your needing a compassionate/respectful/kind/friendly provider to see your child, DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would recommend that corporate take the advice here on these reviews and really reconsiders the providers they have in place representing their practice.
