  • What a great experience buying hiking shoes here. Dustin greeted my son and I when we came in, found out what we wanted, and proceeded to give us one of the best retail experiences I have ever had. He took the time to explain to us in detail the qualities of a particular hiking boot I had inquired on, and spent the time to not only properly fit me but also show me different ways to tie the ones I picked out. When I realized that I preferred hiking shoes over boots (I have never bought either), he didn't skip a beat, and grabbed me the shoe version to try on/out (he insists you jump and walk in them as part of your trying them on). When it was my son's turn, he handled him with the same great care. Due to Dustin's expertise and care, we left feeling confident that we made the right purchases for ourselves.
