  • Don't go here! I went to this office late last summer with foot pain. The doctor took an X-ray and diagnosed me with an old but healing fracture; he prescribed anti-inflammatories and sold me some cheap shoe inserts. Six months later, my foot pain grew worse and I tried to follow up on multiple occasions. Even though I spoke with office staff, They never returned phone calls about follow-up. Finally I went to another doctor. This one took an MRI and found that I had a worsening fracture, torn muscle, worn cartilage, strained plantar fascia and bunions clearly indicating collapsing arches. The new doctor explained how walking around for all those months without proper care had far worsened the situation and what might have been treated initially with custom orthotics and RICE, now might require surgery and a 6-8 week long recovery. In short, I would never ever recommend anyone to go to Dr Nigro's office; my treatment was so poor that it actually did harm.
