| - Worst car buying experience I've ever had. STAY AWAY FROM JURISTINE. I sent her over a quote and she said she would come within $300 of that quote. I confirmed via text (twice), email, and phone the out the door amount. When we got there, she kept handing us all the papers except the ones with numbers on there. I had to firmly ask several times to see the a physical copy of the cost breakdown before she finally went and got it. When she brought it, it was for significantly more than we agreed upon (over 1,000$) and I simply stated this is not what we agreed on. She said "oh I must have mixed up a number or something, but that's a great deal and the lowest we will go." I asked her firmly how could she mix up the number when I emphatically confirmed it with her 4 times. She then said "oh you know why, I forgot that you don't get the 1000$ rebate when you get good financing at .9%." I explained to her that all of our conversations about out the door pricing include that I want .9% financing taken into account and confirmed that with her on our last phone call as well. She then changed her story, a third time, and said "oh I was calculating the trade in value of your vehicle when I gave you that quote." I then said to her "how the hell did you calculate the value of the trade in when I didn't tell you we were trading in until the end of the process, long after you assured me those numbers". She then simply responded (because she was out of lies) "you know you should appreciate the hard work I did for you and take this deal. You aren't going to be able to beat it anywhere else." I told her we were walking. To add insult to injury, she concluded the conversation by telling my girlfriend "I guess you won't be driving in a new car today."
Needless to say, I went to Camelback Toyota and they beat Juristine's "bottom dollar" price by 700$ and it was a much better overall experience. I will NEVER go to Big Two Toyota again and encourage everyone to follow my lead.
