  • PET PARENTS: AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Beyond the lousy customer service at check-in, and no housekeeping services until past 4pm after making several requests.. THIS IS NOT A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL! Their landscaping is attractive multi colored tiny, sharp rocks that got between the pads cutting and blooding my pet's paws. There is absolutely NO safe place to walk your pet. No grassy area..NOT EVEN an area of large rocks, sand, or dirt...Just those unsafe, tiny. razor sharp rocks everywhere! The front desk, and Management: Sentry Salazar, in particular, just "blew off" my concerns as an opportunity for "staff education"... Sadly, at my pets expense, I have learned that just because a hotel allows pets to stay in the hotel.... DOES NOT qualify the hotel as pet friendly!
