  • I've been wanting to check out The Crave since it opened and finally made it in. We stopped in after 9pm so the rush was over and we're seated quickly by a very nice hostess. Mike was our server and was awesome. We were impressed by the menu selection and settled on a starter of quacamole and chips, it was good but not great. For my main course I'm a sucker for a.good Bison burger so I gave it a try along with some well seasoned fries and was not disappointed. With such a diverse menu and excellent service by Mike we'll be back to try some other dishes. Overall, 4 stars for our first go. And I'd say The Crave has the potential to be our go to spot in Downtown Summerlin.
