  • Checked in and literally JUST GOT DONE CLEANING THE BATHROOM. I took photos, actual piles of shave hair all over and around sink. The toilet had splatters. I went and showed front desk guy and he said "sorry I did not know" that was it. I asked if he has some clorox wipes or something and he said, "I have these, do you want a couple?" Holding up a container of some sort of wipes. I said it will take more than a couple. He told me he has no one here and apologized again. I took the 5 wipes he gave me, semi cleaned the sink, got the toilet seat done and then stepped on sticky nasty brown on the floor. After running out of cleaning wipes and not able to get up the brown, I snapped a pic and I covered the floor with towels, rinsed down the tub full of more hair shave and other crud. After showering, I went to get towels for my family for morning. Asked for 2 bath, two hand and 2 face cloths. I get handed 2 bath and 2 face cloths. I told him that they clearly did not clean the bathroom and told him more of the nasty. He said sorry. Sorry doesnt cut it at all. DO NOT STAY HERE, YOU AND I CAN CLEAN OUR OWN BATHROOMS AT HOME FOR MUCH LESS THAN $150 and a burning hand from whatever was in the wipes.
