  • I love this location. The staff are always helpful and I can always find what I am looking for. Recently I went in looking for something to help an itchy dog. They took the time to ask me really good questions and didn't try to just offer the most obvious solution. The wanted to understand what would work best with my dog based on his preferences. They ended up suggesting something that has worked very well that also wasn't the most expensive option they had. I've noticed the staff seem to stay working there a long time which is an indication that its a well run business. I've used their grooming facilities as well and they were excellent. Who wouldn't want their dog to smell like a sugar cookie 3 days before Christmas!!?? I also really like how they work with local rescue agencies to find forever homes for dogs and cats who need them.
