  • Kelsey Elizabeth definitely does macarons right! I liked the mix of classic and unique flavors (+1 for actual cookie dough inside of the macaron!) and the texture was on point. I hate when you go to fancy macaron places and shell out $$$ and the texture is awful. KE's macarons were light, airy, and not too crumbly. Lemonade, watermelon, and cookie dough were macaron flavors I had never experienced before (shocking, especially since I feel like a self proclaimed macaron connoisseur) and they were delicious! I hope to return on my next visit to the CLE area!
