| - We went on a Saturday night. Parking... there is none, and it's in the heart of downtown so good luck finding street parking. The hostess was rude, we didn't have a reservation, because we were visiting Charlotte, and I found it on yelp. When we walked in she said they were waiting for someone with a reservation to come but if they didn't we could have their spot. She offered us a seat at the bar but I wanted to wait for the table. A bunch of other people came in and they didn't have reservation either, but she sat them before us. At this point I was annoyed because of the lack of communication from her end on what was going on with our table (she didn't inform us that they other people hadn't shown up and that she needed to clean our table and then she would sit us) when I said something she gave me attitude like "um yes your table is ready" but almost in a condescending way. Just rubbed me the wrong way. We had been waiting before the other people, who also didn't have a reservation and she showed them to the table first. Naturally I am going to question that, so for her to throw me attitude, annoyed me. At this point with the lack of parking and the hostess, I was sort of ready to just call it quits, but we stayed. The dessert was good and the idea was a good one, with the hookahs, cocktails, desserts and atmosphere. I would give this place a try again. But I think there needs to be more information from they're end, as far as informing guests about making reservations and the lack of parking.
