  • Perscription order isn't filled out correctly so can not obtain the medication for my child who has been out for 5 days! On top of the office not returning calls. Not scheduling appointments to coincide with perscription refills. On top of not notifying customers the debit card machine isn't working & they will need to bring cash to be seen, they will not bill. On top of not knowing the correct co-payment and requesting almost double. I'm a little frustrated at this point! I actually like the doctor & have had shorter wait times which I appreciate. I just can not tolerate the office inefficiencies.
