  • What a disappointment! First of all, I tried calling 3x and no one answered; message said their mailbox was full. So I went there to get a pralines and cream ice cream cake. Luckily, they had 1 ready to go. I didn't want to complain but whoever wrote Happy Birthday (name), needs to practice his penmanship. When I asked for a bag to put the box in, he said he didn't have any bags! What? I've been to other BR's (not in AZ) and they always had bags to go. The ice cream tasted old and it wasn't that flavorful and the white cake was a bit dry. And yes, we always ordered the same ice cream cake (in Honolulu). What's up BR? I don't think we'll step into another BR in AZ.
