Our sales experience was excellent, however the service department is horrific. The vehicle they sold me is just shy of a lemon, but because it is a different issue each time it does not count under lemon law. In the first 6 months we owned the car it went to the dealership 14 times. Since then, since no one has time to go to the dealership that much I just ignore the issues until there is several or its time for an oil change. The time before last week ford had the car for a week. Anyway, my issue with the dealership specifically is that they treat you like you are inconveniencing them with your silly issues, like door latches not clicking in and you have to safety belt your door shut to keep it from swinging open while driving. The straw that broke the camels back...the driver side passenger door locks the passenger in from the inside, they told us with a bit of condescension that it was the child lock...we left embarrassed...it's not the child lock it is a faulty lock that is activated when driving for some bizarre reason. You can't make this crazy stuff up!
