| - Two of the four associates were amazing! The other two... well, that's what brought this review down a star. Let's start with the good: Yvette! If you have a choice, work with Yvette. She's really nice, has a sense of humor, very informative, but puts NO pressure on you after explaining what upgrades are available. In the end, she ended up just helping to reserve frames for us from a different location. Definitely didn't have to do that but she did. She's just wonderful. Another woman, I didn't catch her name, was great with my toddler daughter. She went above and beyond to keep her occupied and happy. If we could have dealt with just these two associates this would be a gleaming 5-star review. The blonde woman at the front desk was your typical high-pressure sales person whose demeanor changes when you decide not to do an add-on to the exam. She went from friendly to condescending in an instant. The other woman, I didn't catch her name either (chest tattoo?). Didn't even deal with her directly, however she created quite an uncomfortable and unapproachable atmosphere. She was loudly complaining to another associate the entire time, about work, customers, other co-workers, and fixing the display. I mean, I completely understand when you don't enjoy your job. But it's very unprofessional in this type of setting to be talking so negatively (let's call it what it is... talking $#!+) and using profanity, especially in front of my kids.
That being said, I will likely return to purchase another set of glasses because Yvette was so awesome.
