I met with a VW rep @ my companies open enrollment. The person there was very nice. During our conversation I told her where I worked, which happened to be right by her specific location. She had said how easy it was to get an appointment. So 2 weeks later I stop in on a Friday afternoon to simply see about making an appointment or to find out how there "walk in" service works. While I'm standing there waiting to be helped at the appointment desk the lady in front of me learned she didn't have coverage and did not end up staying for her appointment. Next it was my turn. When I asked about getting an appointment I was simply told what hours the Dr was there. I asked how long an appointment takes and she could not answer me. Her entire demeanor was as if she did not want me to make an appointment. She made it very difficult. So I asked about "walk ins" (knowing there should be an avail appointment right?) She says there are no 'walk ins" I felt the entire conversation was like pulling teeth to get info. The lady made it seem very difficult to get an appointment and as though she didn't want me to book a time. At no time did she even offer me an appointment? I was only told what they couldn't do. She obviously did not want to be bothered by me so I finally left. I will go somewhere else and I suggest you save your self the frustration and do the same..
