  • I had a backed up toilet. Called and scheduled an appointment and the plumber showed up right on time. However, he immediately had me sign a contract for the $49 arrival fee. He continued to tell me I had to pay $160.00 on top of that to try and snake the toilet. No guarantees. I didn't agree with having to pay the $49 fee on top of the service fee, so they did waive that for me. He came back to me and said that he can't figure out why the toilet won't flush and will have to charge me an additional fee of $309.00 to pull the toilet up and hope he can find the problem.. No guarantees. I don't think this guy had a clue what he was doing and I was getting scammed. At the end, they didn't charge me anything, and he walked away from the situation. I am glad that he made that decision. I called another company "The Sunny Plumber" and they came right out, put a snake down the sink and cleared the toilet and charged me $250
