  • UPDATE: Run, don't walk, run from this place. While yes, they repaid the money they essentially STOLE from me, they followed through with nothing else. It's been 44 days now and I have STILL yet to receive my license plates, my finance company from the car I traded in is still calling me everyday because they still have yet to receive their payoff and will be effecting my credit score, and now I cannot make my first payment on my new car that's due on May 1st because the finance company has no open account or even record for me. These people are liars and frauds. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY. The lack of customer service and just pure incompetence is outrageous. If I would have wrote this review yesterday, I would have given them a one star review, but they really went out of their way to correct a pretty big mistake that occurred with our deal. And I definitely appreciate all that they did for us. Last month, my fiancĂ© and I went in and made a deal purchasing 2 brand new Kia Fortes. Manny our salesman was wonderful though the whole process. The manager Jacob helped greatly and made us a great deal on a discounted down payment along with a monthly payment for both that we could easily manage. So we signed they deal and walked off with 2 brand new cars when originally we went in looking for just one used car. Unfortunately, the discount he gave us on the down payment was not noted in the contract and we were charged the full amount! So my fiancĂ© and I swing into full panic mode and go in to the dealership yesterday to talk about the mistake. The managers we spoke to yesterday really went above and beyond for us to clear the mistake up! Robert, Peter, and Jacob helped us tremendously and were all very understanding.
