  • These guys are awesome. I came in tonight after work just as they were winding down for the day. I had a nagging question about centering my brake, and I wanted an expert opinion even though I felt kind of ridiculous for asking. I shouldn't have worried. The person who helped me (didn't get a name--seemed like an owner or a manager) explained everything very clearly; even better, he didn't make me feel like an idiot or try to upsell me, which were experiences I often had when I lived in California. In fact, he went above an beyond addressing my query and gave me advice on a number of things, ranging from the appropriate amount of lube to put on my chain to the best riding trails in Henderson. Highly recommended. I've been a riding for several years, and this is hands down the best experience I've had at a bike shop.
