I've been going to this studio for about a year now and I absolutely love it. Michael and Josh have been there since I started and are my favorite coaches. The staff is all wonderful as well. The workouts are typically structured half in the weight room and half on treadmills. They also incorporate the tower into most workouts as well. Before joining OTF, I didn't lift any weights so it's very helpful to have the coaches correct my form and push me to choose higher weights and become stronger. I've noticed the difference within the past year and can't wait to see what happens in the next year! The workouts are always different so I never get bored.
