  • Latest update of unacceptable service: I have been dealing with your services for 3 months now for the upstairs air-conditioning. There have been 6 service calls to my residence in 3 months and everything they show up they tell me it's fixed. 1-2 weeks later it's broke again. Same problem every time, not cooling. Last Saturday They finally sent someone that told me there was a leak and they would have to wait to fix it because they did not have time, which is a bad excuse when it's taken 6 trips out here and they still don't have time to fix it. I scheduled for them to come back today, Tuesday, took time off work (again) so I could wait for them. by 2pm no one had called so I called to see if someone was still coming out. I was informed the service guy had a family emergency, which is fine, but I feel someone should have called me to let me know so I could have at least gone in to work. This problem has been going on for about 3 months and no one ever fixes anything, it's costing me roughly an extra $100 a month extra in electric bills because the air conditioner is not running efficiently. On days it was over 100 degrees I had to sleep downstairs on the couch because The upstairs would not cool to below 90 degrees. This is completely unacceptable service and if its was not a warranty claim I would never had called back the second time. I am asking for a manger to please contact me about these issues and maybe send someone out here that actually knows how to work on air conditioners. I understand issues can take a couple weeks to track down, but 3 months is just an excuse. I have lost a minimum of $1,000 out of my pocket because of excess electric bills and lost wages waiting for repairmen who either never showed up or never really fixed anything.
