  • I've always loved Smashburger since they have gluten free options. Yes there was only one person working the front counter -- Olivia. She said she would be right with us and as we patiently waited for about 3 minutes she turns around and says you guys have to understand I am the only one here (this was said in rude manner) please be patient. We did not say anything about the wait. As we go to order she interrupts and says hold on.. we don't have any fries. I ask why they don't have fries and her response is your guess as good as mine, I just do what the kitchen tells me. We decided to eat elsewhere. As we're walking out the general manager came up to us and gave us free entree voucher which was very nice and appreciated. This experience is why I stick to 5 guys and get my burgers from in and out! ;)
