  • When my husband and I were faced with an immediate need to sell our house in such a down economy we were certainly concerned. But a new opportunity in another state made it imperative that we do so. What we really liked about Jeff is that he was straight with us. He told us exactly what we needed to do and how to price our home to generate interest. He is very professional with excellent follow through. We had tried to sell our house two other times with other Realtors, but we never had the amount of attention and straight communication from them that we received from Jeff. Every part of the process is important to Jeff. For instance, he gave us an actual list of no-cost things we could do to stage our home to make it look its absolute best for potential buyers. Our for sale sign went up immediately. With the other Realtors, we had to wait nearly a week and a half to get a sign, and time was precious. Our MLS listing was beautifully written and not misleading. He took the time to go over everything in our contracts and make sure we were satisfied during every step of the process. He also did a lot of things for us that I recall having to do for myself when selling property in the past, like getting our HOA documents to the buyer fast. Ultimately, selling a home is stressful. Jeff does everything he can to help alleviate that, because he actually cares! And yes, the bottom line is, Jeff sold our home quickly and we were able to move as planned! Thank you Jeff!!
