They delivered damaged furniture twice... We had to take the days off twice and had guests coming over and had no furniture... They brought brown leather couches that were scraped and peeling. They even put the legs on one of the couches backwards. I was told by the delivery manager Mark that they could not do anything or transfer me to their general manager. Their GM Bob Anderson called to follow up and did nothing to resolve it. I did get credited for the items. However, they did not credit me the delivery charge which is completely wrong!! I am waiting for a follow up and I expect the delivery charge to be refunded. I will update this post after they follow up with me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY ELSEWHERE OR ONLINE!!! THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS AND CANNOT DELIVER ITEMS IN THE SAME QUALITY THAT THEY ARE DISPLAYED IN THE STORE!!!!!
