  • What a total disappointment! After getting several mailers for this company in one of those Val-Pak's over the years I decided to give them a call to price out a project in my backyard. I spoke with Ryan and he told me they would come onsite and provide me with a quote on the spot. He explained Kim would be the person to come out. I took the afternoon off work to meet them at my house so it was especially disappointing when Kim arrived late. He looked around and said he had another appointment he needed to get to and that he would have to come back the next day and spend more time taking measurements. We set up a time the next day and he never bothered to show up (or call). I called him and he said he forgot and that he would stop back by within the next 5 days to take measurements and draw up plans. It's now been three weeks and I have yet to hear from him. I am SO glad I didn't give them any money. I have a feeling that the lack of follow through on the proposal process is indicative of their overall workmanship. I would advise anyone considering them to take their business elsewhere - as I did.
