  • We have gone to this location for ALL our auto needs for over 10 years. They were honest, fair priced, and always did a great job. Over the past 6 months it's noticeably been changing. They have recently made some personnel changes and truly, just close your doors. I gave them a couple extra chances, because hey, everyone can be grouchy if they are having a bad day. Brad acts like you are inconveniencing him for bringing in your auto for work, and will be happy to tell you all sorts of stories about how terrible other employees, or previous employees were at their job. Well. Keep it up dude and you won't have anyone coming in to "inconvenience" you because no one wants or needs to deal with people like you. No customer service, no smile, no appreciation for being there. Plenty of other places in the area to take your vehicle. I have heard others who also no longer go there due to slow service and no longer a trustworthy service. I would never recommend to anyone, and owners of this business, bring in people who are thankful for a job and who can do a good job timely or just close this place down already.
