  • We happened upon this pizza two weeks before we moved back to California. Too bad, I spent four years looking for good pizza in this desert non-oasis otherwise known as Scottsdale, and when we finally found it, we were leaving. Well it's the closest you'll get to New York style pizza in this part of the world. I would recommend not ordering the extra-large, on our last night in Scottsdale we made this mistake. The slices are ridiculously huge, and they comped us garlic knots because the pizza came out of the oven in a weird blimp/oblong shape? Actually it was slightly burned on the bottom once we got it home. The free garlic knots would have been great paired with pasta and salad, but not burned pizza. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.
