Walked in, got in line, and walked right out. We were watching an employee with short green/blue hair make a milkshake for another customer. Some of the ice cream spilt on the side of the cup and she used her finger (with no gloves) to wipe the side of the cup and scrape it into the cup. We thought she may have been off the clock and making her own drink however once we saw her lid and whip cream the shake and hand it off to the customer, those unsanitary conditions were enough to make us want to leave. Not to mention she also wiped off the cup after with a sanitation rag. Unsure if that rag had chemicals on it, but it is important to keep in mind as an employee how your actions look to customers. Would heavily recommend watching the employees make your order to make sure they aren't touching your ice cream with their fingers, and to management; I would recommend retraining this employee on proper food handling and food safety.
