Left the gate, did about 100' when they then realized a windshield blade needed replacing... took an hour! Missed my connecting flight as a result, cost me an entire full day and they did nothing to compensate... they put me standby only to bump me for their "preferred clients" even though I was standby because of their poor maintenance... they didn't even care. Not even a sorry, when they put me standby it's as if they were doing me a favor... brutal!
Avoid them if you can.
