| - Broke the screen on my iPhone 6Plus. Since I've paid insurance every month since I purchased it, I figured I'd get it fixed promptly. Made an online appointment for 2pm, took off work to get there ahead of time, waited, only to be told they don't keep screens at the repair store!?! They offered to order one, much more waiting, and install, all for "only" $200!?! I've spent $243 in insurance, to date, lost 1/2 wages, to be told it will cost another $200 and another trip to Sprint!!
Poor customer service, very poor...
