  • I took my 76 year old father, whom suffers from Alzheimer Dementia, into DXL this afternoon. We were greeted at the door by your lovely sales person, Dricel. Dricel immediately jumped in and began helping us. She treated my father with such respect, going above and beyond to hide, at my request, the price of the clothing. Through her efforts to hide the prices, and her genuine kindness in helping us find the right fit, she gifted my father some of his dignity he has lost due to Alzheimer's/dementia ! This experience has earned your store a lifelong customer! Shelly, the store manager, helped in this endeavor as well! Both Shelley and Gricel are true asset to your company.
